When does DylusionalWear restock products?
Our stock is changing all the time as we have limited items that we do not re-stock, or new drops with limited stock. However we have staple items that can be ordered on demand that will be shipped as soon as possible upon your order. 

Does DylusionalWear provide return labels?
No, please email us to authorise a return.

When will my order be shipped?
We will always try to ship out your order the as soon as possible. During busy periods please allow 5 to 7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

Does DylusionalWear ship internationally and how long does it take?
Our webstore  ships internationally. We ship international orders via Australia Post which will typically take 1-2 weeks for delivery.

Do I have to pay import duties or customs fees on my order outside of Australia?
Your order may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and/or fees, which are levied when your order arrives in your country. You as a customer are responsible for covering these fees. For more information, please see our shipping and returns section.
